Flipkick assessed the previous hosted infrastructure and, having identified the inefficiencies, designed the migration to AWS: autoscaling matched to application request volume, load balancers, a scalable file system, a resizable database and a managed container registry for simple development-to-production workflows.
Beyond the architecture, Flipkick provided training and support for Webcomum’s developers in the new environment, supported the migration and provides managed services with continuous monitoring - with deliverables, diagrams, scripts, pipelines and timeframes defined upfront for a smooth transition.
