AWS Senior cloud engineer
About the role
We are looking for an AWS Senior Cloud Engineer to join our internal team.
You will design, implement and operate AWS Cloud environments ranging from startups to large enterprises, understanding technical requirements and taking responsibility for driving solutions and for the overall design and resilience of the delivery.
You will also work closely with our commercial team to provide input on industry trends to tailor our delivery offerings to meet the market needs.
This is a full-time role for our Porto office in hybrid work model.
What is the challenge
• Manage customer’s AWS infrastructures (planning, deployment, scale, and maintenance)
• Re-design complex infrastructures making them simpler to operate and evolve
• Review, evaluate and implement improvements in CI/CD processes
• Create automation processes for deployment and self-healing
What do you need
• +3 years experience in AWS
• Past experience in hybrid and on-prem infrastructure
• Proven experience in most common AWS services
• Proven experience in IaC and automation
• Proven experience in CI/CD technologies and tools
• Experience in one of the other major clouds (optional)
• Ability and comfort in manage own activities aligned with client's goals
• Speak and write in english at business level
